Genesis Basecamp System Igniter Won't Start Fix
If your Genesis Basecamp System fails to ignite, here are some suggested troubleshooting steps for you to try.
First, kindly try adjusting the electrode as instructed in the attached photos.
If this doesn't work, kindly attempt to light the stove with a match. If it lights with a match, it confirms that the gas is working. We might need to bring it back to be inspected further.

They are not really necessary. They are used to tighten the string (between the footrest and the rudder) so that there is enough tension on the toe piece so that it pulls it forwards. See the attached video showing how to use it.
